We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colours, sizing, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true appearance of products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
A binding contract is formed when your order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been sent to you.
We deliver Australia-wide. International shipping is not currently available.

Timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 per order. Free shipping applies automatically to all orders over $200.00. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where available.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at a local post office or depot. Additional redelivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Change of mind and incorrect sizing are not eligible for a refund; however, you are welcome to return the item for a store credit.
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked postage as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@priorityfashion.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
All purchases must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a store credit.
To be considered for a return, items must arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition — all tags still attached and free from makeup, fake tan, or similar substances.
A completed returns form must be included with your parcel. You can download the form using the link below.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be exchanged — please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, Priority Fashion Boutique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our store or products will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Your use of our online store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our store, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
